Before you begin filling out this Questionnaire, let it be known that if you are looking to find

a Biewer Terrier, you will not find that breed of dog here.  Sugar Baby Biewers do not sell Biewer Terriers. 

Our babies are purebred Biewer ala Pom Pons.  If you are unsure of the difference, please know that the Biewer Terrier has a completely different standard.  If you would like to read about the breed that is being offered here, you can look on our Biewer History Page for more information.

If you have fallen in love with a specific Sugar Baby, please indicate which puppy has stolen your heart. If you are submitting this questionnaire to be considered for a future Sugar Baby puppy, please let me know why you've chosen Sugar Baby Biewers.

Please share a little information about yourself (home, work, hobbies, family, etc.) When finished, please answer the below individual questions as it will help me to determine which puppy will work for you and your family. Remember, there are no wrong answers. 

1. How did you find Sugar Baby Biewers?

2. Have you spent time and read the contents of this Website, especially the Adoption Center information?

3. Who will be the primary care giver to your new puppy?

4. Where will the puppy be kept during the day?

5. Where will the puppy be kept during the night?

6. Is anyone home during the day?

7. How many hours will the puppy be alone per day?

8. Do you currently own any other pets? If so, what are their ages, sex, breed, and are they spayed/neutered? If not spayed/neutered, please share why (breeding, showing, etc.)?  If not now, have you ever owned a dog before?

11. Are you currently on any waiting lists with other Breeders?

14. Have you ever house trained a dog before?

16. Have you ever returned a dog, and if so why?

17. Have you ever given a dog away or taken a dog to a shelter, and if so why?

18. Do you have the means to care for our puppy including giving it yearly vet care and anything it needs to live a pampered and spoiled life?

19. Do you have any affiliation with any Biewer Clubs and if so which one?

20. Do you understand the difference between a Limited Registration (Pet only, must be spayed or neutered) and Full Registration (shown and/or breeding potential quality)?

21. Have you ever Bred before? Do you have any interest in breeding?

22. Have you ever Shown a dog before? Do you have any interest in showing?

23. Do you understand that if you can no longer keep our puppy that it must be returned to us and NEVER go to rescue, a shelter, be used in animal testing, go to a puppy mill or to an unscrupulous breeder?

24.  Do you understand that a Biewer ala Pom Pon, from Sugar Baby Biewers, is NOT now, NOR WILL IT EVER BE, a Biewer Terrier?

Sugar Baby puppies will be registered with the Biewer Breed International Registry (BBIR).
